THEIR STORY:
In his life before the reaper was born as the lowest of the low in the Sajagul country. Working day to day the lowly Jal had the chance, and oppotunity, to meet and befriend to commoners who would become his best friends, a female and a male. Together the three were your typical trio of mischevious little kids, although Oka being the more rational and big brother of the group. Entering the adult-hood of their lives, the trio growing distance as their lives and occupations slowly pulled them apart. Needless to say the female, who was an aspiring musician, and Oka fell in love. As their lives came to a crossroads of parting, in an attempt to immortalized their time together they went out on one last mischievous adventure.
It went straight to hell in a twisted turn of events the Jal, with his brotherly heart, sacrificed his life for his friends. The heroic deed did not end with him passing on or becoming a spirit -- no the sacrafice of his life for his loved ones led to him becoming a reaper. The ones above did not lament for the new reaper, and just two months into his, still adjusting, position he watched over the same ones he saved whose lives were taken by a pestilence. Enough with the past -- indeed, the reaper now spends his time fulfilling his role along with some other devious deeds.

Metamorphosis :
The basic of basics the ability to disguise ones self as a human form has become second hand to this reaper. Not often used for work, he will sometimes use it to befriend those on their deathbeds, is generally used to go about his day and interact with the mortals. Oka's appearances are all of his own form just different periods: childhood, teenager and adult(current).
Summoning :
Not an actual summon, but more of his way of bringing about his 'scythe' because he doesn't just carry it around all the time, right? right. Being that a reaper's scythe is an extension of their spiritual energy, by channeling said energy into either palm he will manifest his weapon.
Earth Affinity :
By applying his affinity with runic symbols and writings, the runes thus gain the characteristics of said affinity. This is done by using his spirit energy as ink and from the tip of his fingers, write, create, and form said spell. Mainly uses his affinity to bind opponents or augment his weapon.
