She stood outside of the tea house, arms loosely crossed as she watched people pass by. The sun was setting and people were walking home or making last minute errands. Syu Ri had spent her day working in the tea house. On the surface, it seemed like an easy job, but there was just so much more to it. She adored the job though, mostly because of all the people she interacted with.
The woman played with the ends of her hair, watching as more and more people walked by. She wasn't quite ready to go home and was rather enjoying people watching. Kiba had so many people in it. She smiled slightly as a child ran past, followed by what was probably his elderly grandmother.
She continued to watch for a while when someone suddenly stumbled forward and fell. People stopped to glance but Syu Ri was quick to walk over, extending her hands out. "Are you okay?" the woman inquired, worry visible in her expression. The person, now that she looked at them, looked rather pale. Were they sick?

♥It was early morning, and Suzaku had gotten up and had been dressed by his servants, as always. Today was the break designated by one of his personal assistants, and the young boy was unsure of how to spend it. He sat at a table, pondering on what exactly he was going to do with the day, since he wasn't allowed to work on anything (the bodyguard following him made sure of that). "Maybe..." He monotoned as he glanced around. His bland green eyes alighted on a young servant, and walking over to her, he looked up at her. "Bring me a commoner's change of clothes." He stated apathetically, and the girl hurriedly stammered out an affirmative reply, before scurrying off to do her master's bidding. He slowly trailed back to his room, his bodyguard following silently. He laid back, staring blankly up at the ceiling. Several minutes later, the servant entered, and he turned his head to look at her.
♥"S-sorry, y-young master. There w-was only t-this." She said, quivering in fear as she slowly revealed a feminine yukata, dyed a light pink with white flowers embroidered into it. He blinked for a few moments, before nodding silently and sighing, allowing her to dress him while his bodyguard waited outside.
♥"You are dismissed." He said icily, sending the poor child a withering glance, and she quickly exited, likely glad to no longer be under the scrutiny of the young lord. He looked down at himself. With his hair neatly brushed, this pink yukata, and his slight build, he fancied that he looked quite attractive as a women. With a short snort of disgust, he shrugged to himself, and decided to go barefoot, stepping through an opening and onto a small walkway like structure, and leaned over the railing. Casting a quick glance back into his room to make sure his bodyguard was still behind the door, he placed one pale arm on the railing and propelled himself over it, landing softly. He thanked the gods that he was on the first floor, and began to walk.
♥Hours passed, and Suzaku was sure that the household was in an uproar at his disappearance, the way his stomach was growling shamefully. He acutely felt the effects of not eating food earlier that day, and to add on top of his embarrassment, he was quite lost. He cursed under his breath. When he had demanded assistance from a commoner in his name, the man had laughed at him and asked whether she was looking for some fun. Suzaku, disgusted, had ran away. The nerve! His gait began to slow, and he soon collapsed on the ground, weakened by the fact that he had not eaten all day. He was unused to not eating everyday, and his mouth watered at the thought of what would be waiting for him back at the castle. That was assuming he even made it back. He sighed, feeling pathetic, and rather ashamed. To think that he, Suzaku of the Four Immortals, would be here, starving and disguised as a girl, of all things. His self-pitying thoughts were interrupted by a woman's voice, and he looked up, his veridian eyes met hers, which were, he noted, similarly colored. "Feed me." He said, not bothering to change his tenor voice, which could easily pass as either gender. He arrogantly waited for her to obey, tapping his slender fingers against the dirt. He was used to everyone following his orders, so why would this woman be different. Despite being the intelligent creature he was, Suzaku had yet to learn his lesson from what had happened with the man earlier.
