ALIAS/NICKNAMES/TITLES: The glory of the Mulsaja can be given no name; no shape; no form. (At least, that's what the mythology likes to say. He doesn't quite live up to that, but aliases are aliases for a reason.)
RACE: the Mulsaja, a once Lion-god of Sajagul. He is now a fallen deity, whose shines have been desecrated throughout its golden-gilded capital unless he is worshiped in secret.
AGE: ". . . You shouldn't ask an old man that. Didn't your parents get you manners, you're making me sad . . ."
GENDER: Male.
ELEMENTAL AFFINITY: Heaven and Water.
OCCUPATION: He's nomadic. A wanderer. He . . . wanders, much like the romantic heroes of old. (Or: he's a god, if he wanted fortune to smile on him than he could most certainly make it happen.) Occasionally taking on the role of a traveling mercenary for those to poor to hire good protection, he nonetheless seems to skip out on his payments. It's not that he's trying to, but "the lady was so beautiful, and he thought being graced with her pretty smile was enough" or "the elderly should never snap their backs doing the work that the young can. Ungrateful brats. . ." Really. It is, those reasons make perfect sense.

(Yet alone become allergic, although thankfully most of them just guess he's a roaming spirit and never ask.)
THEIR STORY:
"The Mulsaja, masters of the waves—they send tsunamis over the coast in their rage, and are the current in our rivers and oceans and streams. Both were one in the same, the Dragon and the Mulsaja; both lords of water, cut from a same cloth. Their histories were the same, but the end . . . the end was different."
Like the Dragon, Yoshiyuki was also the eldest of nine sons, with each executed by the Dragons one by one as a show of force. Coping with their capture, and with the legacy of his Clan tattered by the war between deities, he chose that they give up rights to Sajagul to protect their lands—or, in his mind, surrendered. This was a great blow to his honor, and he has never forgotten the horrible taste in his mouth it left behind.
Following in the footsteps of his brothers, he waited for the Dragon's Warlord to kill him, but was left alive to "stay as a remnant. Completely useless to the world, in hiding and hunted by his own. Your last will not die in dignity." Forced back into the sea, he is now considered an 'Old God' or an exiled god and is said to be the last of the Mulsaja. He is the thing of legends, both thought to be a heroic figure of myth who fought valiantly against invaders and a coward who turned his back on his people.
Deeply crippled by his failure and originally too ashamed to show himself to the other gods, he went into hiding on Tenka Ikka. Disgraced, wishing he'd died gloriously in the fray, and left to be forgotten, the Mulsaja couldn't bring himself to allow the Dragon to have control over his lands without any form of punishment. Vengeful, he traveled throughout the world as a mortal, occasionally returning to the heart of Sajagul as the government began to slip into corruption. Over a period of hundreds of years, he took the opposite side of every military campaign that Sajagul involved itself in, and acted as a solider and a "divine backer," if you will, of both the invasions of Kiba and Yanwo. He has been and is decidedly a rebel, and will aid whatever might allow him to run counter to Sajagul's collective goals. (Consider Yoshiyuki something like a flexible anarchist.) Having fought alongside them, he feels very close to the other gods and visits their lands often, although he is never quite sure if they think the same.
This is due in part to the fact that Yoshiyuki has spent many centuries mulling around with mortals and lower spirits, and adopts a mortal form regularly. Unlike the others, who live their lives separated from them, Yoshiyuki has married, had children, fought wars, and protected those who rebel against Sajagul because of this—and thus he has a genuine sympathy for them.
In the present, he's taken it upon himself to assassinate the Dragon himself, who he's heard wears the mantle of a public official—at least, once his work with guiding caravans of refugees, spying, and lazing around is done. As for the god slayers? If he dies, then so be it; as long as they let him take his rivals with him. Until then, he sees nothing wrong with hunting them back if they get in his way.

ABILITIES:
Wind manipulation – due to his heavenly abilities, he also has a strong affinity for air as an element. He can direct it, create half-moons of wind, and has some capability to create wind or rain storms.
Water manipulation – especially of currents and its relation to air. Yoshiyuki is capable of creating whirlpools and both below and above sea level tornadoes, given that the Mulsaja are said to be why the seas outside of Sajagul are so tumultuous. Beyond that, he can form waves and give it at least some healing properties. Rain also seems to follow him wherever he goes, but more as a side aspect of his godhood. (Or: he wishes it wouldn't, but rainclouds love him for some reason.)
Enchantment – he can magick items to match a specific quality, although his tend to fall within bringing good luck or prosperity to the holder. They only serve this single purpose, but can be quite helpful if the request is general. (Say, wishing for romance or protection at sea.)
WEAPONRY: A katana, with an ornate hilt made by a close friend of his who died four decades ago.
